20 years and counting
Friday 20th Mar Dave has been living with Parkinson's for 20 years since diagnosis- and still learning! Staying fit and active has been an important part of the journey as well as exercising his voice. The advice, help and friendly support given by Fight Parkinsons has been invaluable, and both Dave and Jill are active members of the Ashwood ParkinSong group. We love the singing and vocal strengthening and we also love the supportive community where we can talk about anything and learn from each other.We would appreciate your support for our Walk in the Park- we benefit so much from the work that Fight Parkinson's do- and we can't do it alone!
