I am so excited to take part in the 2026 A Walk in the Park for Fight Parkinson's on Sunday April 19th. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the event. The event is helping to lift the lid on Parkinson’s and raising awareness and funds to support the Parkinson’s community.

When the Parkinson’s community stands united, we can empower each other to make a difference. A Walk in the Park provides the opportunity to stand together to be seen, heard and understood. Together we can say more, do more, be more. Let’s fight Parkinson’s together.

A Walk In The Park 2026

Hello all it is that time of the year that I ask for help to raise funds for a campaign close to my heart. A Walk In The Park for Parkinsons disease. This year they are celebrating 15 years at federation square that the walk has been going. I have undergone my second lot of surgery Deep Brain Stimulation the first one had to be removed due to an infection. So far it has made an amazing difference although still early days. The neurological team are amazing with how they stimulate the brain to get the best quality of life possible. There are so many people living with Parkinsons & no 2 people are the same so please help me raise some funds to help research continue to one day find a cure.
