Support me as I take part in A Walk in the Park 2026

I’m so proud and grateful to be taking part in the 2026 A Walk in the Park for Fight Parkinson’s on Sunday April 19th.
This year is especially meaningful as the event celebrates its 15th anniversary, and it will be our third year walking in this incredible fundraiser. Each year we feel more honoured to be involved in such a powerful and supportive community!!
This cause is very close to our hearts. My dad, Tony, has been living with Parkinson’s since 2018, showing strength and resilience through the daily challenges this condition brings. We also walk in loving memory of our beautiful Nonna Connie, who bravely lived with Parkinson’s before she passed away.
Their journeys have opened our eyes to the realities of this progressive neurological condition- but they’ve also shown us the power of hope, support and community.
Parkinson’s affects people from all walks of life. In Australia, around 219,000 people- including more than 57,000 Victorians, who are currently living with Parkinson’s. Events like A Walk in the Park raise vital funds and awareness, helping to lift the lid on Parkinson’s and ensuring individuals and families receive the support they need.
When the Parkinson’s community stands together, we create strength, understanding and real change. A Walk in the Park is an opportunity to be seen, heard and united- and to remind those living with Parkinson’s that they are not alone.
If you’re able to, please consider making a donation. Your support will help people living with Parkinson’s access essential services and live fuller, more supported lives.
Thank you so much for standing with us and being part of this journey. 💙
