Support me as I take part in A Walk in the Park 2026
Once again this year, on April 19th, Ken and I are taking part, in "A Walk in the Park", which is a fundraiser for Fight Parkinson's. This year marks the 15th anniversary of this event. Ken was diagnosed in 2018 with Parkinson's Disease.
Parkinson's is the second most common neurological condition seen in the community. It affects the nervous system. It is a progressive, degenerative condition, affecting the most important things we do as human beings – talking, eating and moving.
Most of us know about the tremors and changes to movement, but many sufferers of this disease also suffer anxiety and depression. It would be wonderful if you could donate to this great cause but it would be just as wonderful if you could send Ken some messages of encouragement. Below is the link
