Support me as I take part in A Walk in the Park 2026
I am so excited to take part in the 2026 A Walk in the Park for Fight Parkinson's on Sunday April 19th. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the event. The event is helping to lift the lid on Parkinson’s and raising awareness and funds to support the Parkinson’s community.
When the Parkinson’s community stands united, we can empower each other to make a difference. A Walk in the Park provides the opportunity to stand together to be seen, heard and understood. Together we can say more, do more, be more. Let’s fight Parkinson’s together.
Please donate today to help all those living with Parkinson's get the valuable support they need to live a full life.
Parkinson’s is a progressive neurological condition that affects people from all walks of life. It is quite common, with approximately 219,000 Australians, including over 57,000 Victorians living with Parkinson’s.
Your support is greatly appreciated.

Griffiths family trip to Ireland
Sunday 29th Mar We had started of our holiday to Ireland with a couple of large walks, 1 to Bru na Boinne and a bus tour to Belfast stopping at Dunluce Castle and the Giants causeway. Jason was really feeling it in his feet but we wanted to look around Dublin. We decided to head to Trinity College where Jason could sit in the beautiful Sun while Ruaidhri and I walked and looked round. Unfortunately Jason didn't think he could walk to the College, so we decided to put Jason on the Bus while we walked. We had an accident with our bus passes and could only find 1 that was usable. Ruaidhri and I would walk and we would meet there as it was only about 5 stops from us. We got there and waited a while and Jason didn't turn up. We got a call from him... he was lost but we couldn't quite understand what he was saying over the phone. What to do? We decided he should stay ehere gd was and we would walk along the bus route to find him. We knew that he had a park nearby. Well we got to see Dublin LOL. Up to the Garden of Remembrance, around parnell st. We finally found Jason at Diamond Park, we had gone left instead of right. All together again we decided to stop at the nearest Cafe for lunch and a break before heading back to the apartment. ShareThank you to my Sponsors

It amazes me how strong you are Anne-Marie, with all the challenges you’ve faced as a result of Parkinson’s disease in your family, and you’re still able to smile and focus on the good things in life.
